Returns & Refund/cancellation  Policy

Thanks for visiting Aquavascular. If you change your mind after an order has been processed (i.e being prepared, packed, in transit), you will have a full refund minus the shipping charges upon cancellation . Once opened no return / refund can be made.

Replacement can be done only if the packaging is intact, and seals are unbroken. In case of a damaged product being received, replacement will be made with only shipping charges.

In the case of replacement, raise the replace request within 5 days of delivery and you will receive your replacement within 7 business working days.

To make refund it will take 5- 7 business working days till the product reaches back to the source.
